Since our inception into lice treatment back in 1996, we have always stayed away from fads and new gimmicks introduced into the industry. That is why we were at first very skeptical when we heard about this "vacum cleaner" that kills lice. 
The AirAlle lice device is not a vacum cleaner, although it may look like one. It targets controlled heated air close to the scalp where the head lice live. It dries them out and they die. We now use the AirAlle in every lice treatment we perform.
